Very reliable & good quality work - after being told by another tradesman this was going to be an awkward, lot more expensive job we were expecting the worst but the problem was sorted straight away & at a lot less cost! Sam, who runs this business, has worked for me over many months, mainly as a carer for my 93 year old mother, but also cleaning. I cannot fault her attitude, professionalism and quality of care. The team are very professional all parts of the job were well communicated verbally and quotes before the jobs commenced. The team were punctual communicated well of any unforseen problems and worked the extra into the schedule. Standards of workmanship are of a high standard the bathroom was retiled floor to ceiling and looks amazing unique and finished to a good standard. The team are tidy helpful and I found very honest. Phones emails texts answered instantly really helpful

I posted this job on Rated People on Saturday Feb 8th and the first response was from Paul and he came around to assess the job the following day. Competitive price agreed and date agreed for the work. Paul is polite and has good experience and great integrity. Work completed Feb 13th as agreed. Very pleased with experience. Lee responded very quickly to the job. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and quoted a reasonable price to fix my door lock and window handle. Him and his colleague did the job quickly on the day and offered to come back if there were any problems. I will definitely be keeping him in my phone contacts for the future.

Really good men the weather was bad but they came and worked hard, when the rain stopped .very tidy and very pleased with the men and the work (do like Coffey with lots of sugar ) I would recommend them and they texted to keep me informed

From the minute Dave came to quote for the job he immediately knew what he was doing and made some great suggestions to what was a strange request! I had a couple of other quotes and all the builders were stumped with the bizarre pipe work in my garage and how they would work it. Dave knew from the start and his confidence in knowing the job could be done to a high standard was reassuring. It is nearly complete bar a few snags and I have been very impressed by all the team

Great work did a fantastic job from the first quote to finishing the work was just a fantastic experience would highly recommend. Other companies i got quotes for this job gave me hard sell tactics and inflated lots of prices, I’d be worried vulnerable people taken advantage of. Total opposite here! Mark was honest, easy to deal with, competitively priced and no pressure. they did a fantastic job with no mess can’t recommend them enough!

an absolutely superb job. Arrived on time, fitted the carpets brilliantly and was a very nice guy to deal with. Would highly recommend anyone using given his workmanship and experience. Would certainly use again in the future.
