These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

Whilst the app is a good idea having to select a job costing beforehand when you're not sure how much to pay is very frustrating.
