Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. When I was told that Mark and his team would be at our house before we left for work at 7am, I couldn't believe it! But they stuck to their word; they showed up early, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.
Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.

Very disappointed with this builder. The most unreliable tradesman we have ever come across. Can't actually comment on the quality or value of his work, as he never turned up to do anything substantial. Let us down on too many occasions and we had to let him go.
We did not proceed with the job in the end but can confirm that the quotation process with Dectel Construction was efficient. The quotation itself was in line with expectations.

What a load of tosh. You cant put it right, it needs knocking down. The only people who have worked on this house are a plumber and plasterer in the hall. The plasterer will get repeat work when i need him. The plumber does all my plumbing and gas needs. Tradesmen are welcome Mark, that excludes you as your a chancer mate. Advising people to stay away, you've got a nerve !.
