He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Professional and extremely efficient and hardworking determined to do a good job. Have a nightmare cream carpet and very difficult to keep pristine. It now looks as good as new. Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

We chose ITC on the basis of their attention to quality and willingness to understand the sensitivities around cleaning a grade II listed Elizabethan cottage. The previous occupants had 7 cats and fewer than 7 litter trays, creating quite a challenge for cleaning, particularly given my cat allergy. Their deep clean service was first rate and has made a substantial different to the place without any obvious niggles. We will be using them for the weekly clean going forward.
