The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. I pointed these out and he said he'd come back to fix them, but kept delaying — pushing it back by weeks, then a month. It’s been frustrating chasing him up with no clear resolution. The initial work was decent, but the lack of follow-through and reliability left a bad impression. Make sure everything’s done properly before making payment.
