I posted the job with my budget when Shane arrived (several hours later than he initially specified) his quote was significantly higher than my budget so the work never took place. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments.
