Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. This had been not been properly installed previously and another Electrican had failed to fix Consequently the flat had not had access to full hot water for a few years However Jim’s persistence paid off and his experience and skills fixed the problem. I was assured that there had been weed control membrane put down under all of my non grass area. However, weeds are appearing in all areas now so it is clear that no membrane was put down. My hedge remains in a terrible state. I would definitely not recommend this firm. I have no idea how they ever appeared on Rated People and hopefully they will be removed before someone else falls foul of their terrible service.

Remove wallpaper from hall, stairs and landing, plaster walls and ceiling and paint. Plaster walls and ceilings in living room and cloakroom and paint. Extremely courteous workmen, who turned up on time each day, worked continuously though out the day with only a short break for lunch. Nothing was too much trouble. Keen to do a good job. Job ran over time but this was because of problems uncovered when wallpaper removed. We were delighted with finished rooms etc.

He returned a few days later and worked very hard all morning and into the afternoon to complete the task. The standard of the work was excellent and all the trimmings were removed at the end.
