Crucially, they installed it without removing skirting, which others said was impossible. The floor looks excellent, but some snags have emerged. Midway, they suggested the job should change as all the damaged patio tiles under the gutter outlet were not damaged by water run off, but the cement beneath them being too hard. The grout they put in washed away. They came and fixed it.
