James did a really good job for the house we’d just bought. The floors were all painted and really ugly, and he sanded them back to the wood and left them looking really nice. He even returned free of charge to fix a problem of “grain raising” which had left the boards a bit rough to the touch and occurred a few days after he’d finished, due to moisture in the space. He was friendly, considerate and empathic, a really pleasant guy to have around and to be involved in our renovation project.

Great job finished on time and on budget. We cleaned up each evening in preparation for the next day but by the end of the week Yad was cleaning himself to prepare for the next day. As with any roof repair, it is a scary process as you need to have confidence in the person you hire. I was happy with the quote, and whilst he was on the roof, he took pictures to show me what was wrong. There was no upselling either, just specifics to what needed to be done. Arrived in good time, kept me informed and tidied up afterwards. I asked for extra work to be completed on the gable end, and that was completed in good time. Very happy. I will paint the ceiling and see if any stains reappear.
