I first of all went to see the flat before moving in and it was absolutely disgraceful and put me off. I got the professional painter group to come and help me with what was possible. He explained very clearly on every process on what he could do. And I'm lost to find the word's to describe how pleased i am now. We are fully insured. As well as building new items, we can also repair and disassemble in readiness for moving house or laying carpet/decorating.
