In relation to what Daniel can do, this was a small job, but we were very grateful that he was happy to take it on and help us out. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

A small cabinet was also added to store our chopping boards this was done cleanly and with great attention to detail. Rearranged for Sunday but was going to be so late that stores would be shut & items would need to be purchased. I said to forget it I'd rehire but he was adamant he wanted to help & rearranged for the Wednesday. Didn't turn up; no phone call or message explaining why. Total waste of my time & prevented me from hiring other traders. Totally unprofessional
