I put out a request for a plumber as I wasn't confident in doing it myself as i was changing a toilet with a concealed cistern to a toilet with bidet.. Sam responded almost immediately and came round to have a look and emailed me a quote the same day..It wasn't as straight forward as first thought but Sam was so patient with the job and wouldn't finish till he was satisfied (and me too). Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.

Matthew contacted us re quote for the Fusebox replacement which was accepted. The dates were not right for us but he managed to book us in for the dates that I was available. He came and spent most of the day with no break testing, changing the box retesting and also resolved some issues. Definitely recommend him and use him again.
