He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.

Nothing about the job fazed him and the “niggles” that could have been a problem for some tradespeople were easily solved by Michael. Michael made contact via telephone the day after my job was posted so we had a chat about what was involved and he arranged to come and look.
