Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. Paul is a brilliant carpenter - he completed a bespoke piece of work in a very tight space, all done in 1 day for a very good price. He's also polite, punctual and friendly. To top it off, we accidentally overpaid him for the work he did (by quite a lot) and within minutes he was on the phone to us telling us honestly about the mistake we'd made and the excess money was returned to us within the hour. We were really pleased with the excellent work that was undertaken by JMG. JMG removed the rotted decking and old artificial grass that was in our garden and replaced it with Indian flagstones. They also replaced the garden posts to our fencing and replaced our wooden gate. JMG were reliable, efficient and very hard working. The team were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
