Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

Overall they did a good job. Brendon and his team are great guys. The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is that the typical thing happened: A quote of £550 was agreed to replace 7-8 missing tiles and then open arrival and closer inspection more issues are discovered and suddenly the quote increases to £2000. The two guys fixing the issues spent max 5-6 hours on the fixes with no expensive materials used. Shame cause I was considering them for a whole roof replacement next year, not anymore.

I had a terrible experience with Heritage Roofing, who ripped me off for £3,000 and left the job unfinished and poorly done. Thankfully, Simon came over afterwards, fixed all of their mistakes, properly sorted out the drainage on my property, and replaced the flat roof to a very high standard. I’m extremely grateful for Simon’s honest, professional work and would highly recommend him.

New build houses/ Extensions/Conversions/Refurbishment We all specialise in all sorts of landscaping ie patios-driveways We have our own plant .mini digger’s and dumpers etc. We quite often dig foundation and driveways for people, even if they want to carry on and finish their selves. Same goes for extensions We do all ground works, build shell and put roofs on, then client may want to take over at that stage. We are pretty flexible. The roofer, Lewis Brown of Flowright Plumbing and roofing, did the job, I paid him the money, the next day the roof was still leaking as bad as ever. I told the roofer but he has refused to come back and fix it.
