New to the area and was looking for someone reliable and skilled for job. Scott came around and did initial measurements before sending a very reasonable quote across. Work was done over two days and to a very high standard. The new doors are well built and installed and are exactly what I was looking for. I hired Imperial plastering after a very reasonable quote compared to others. Some wanted me to send photos for a quote but Charlie came around to look at needed doing and explained what he would do. He came on time and worked hard, he repaired the ceiling that had fallen down and replastered the whole ceiling in the bedroom and the ceiling in porch and plastered walls. I highly recommend Charlie he was professional and courteous thoroughly tidied up after himself .His plastering was to a very high standard

I booked in these guys to replace a slipped tile. I took a day off work to be home on the alotted day and turned down other quotes. They confirmed they would attend when I asked to double check.. Then they stopped replying to messages and they didn't show up on the day. I called and was brushed off with excuses, but they gave no offer of a new time or any further communication. Pathetic service. Would give only 1 star but I can't comment on roofing skills but with their attitude I expect they are not good.
