Was contacted by Tomasz on the same day I posted the job (Sunday) and he came out to see the job that day. It was for an elderly couple who required a bathroom refit. He understood that i wanted them to feel safe just as much as the quality of the job. to be honest not happy job was supposed to be done on the 30th-31st worker on both days turned up two hours later than stated, didn't Finnish the job, communication is lacklustre and unprofessional if they are unable to fulfil work they should not take the job on, i wouldn't recommend the company

Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. I’m very happy to recommend him.
