I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.

I had really good experiennce with Shak and very helpful advices. He visited our home as soon I advertised, gave us suggestions, provided options and quotes. We were interested in high end doors then Shak suggested a near by doors company. Sadly when visited the company and found that high end doors cost way above our planned budget we decided to pause the work for this year. Honestly hard to believe how easy this was and how good Mamad and his team were. Posted job Sat, he came to quote Sun. Said he'd start on Weds at 9am. Started Weds at 9am. Said it would take 3 days - it took exactly 3 days. And gosh, do they work hard on those days - my neighbours even commented. Everything left neat/tidy at the end of each day. Paperwork and payment simple, transparent, honest. And, the finished result (a large composite deck) is perfect and high quality. Thank you so much - amazing job.
