Two roofers, with 12 years of experience of roof repairs and general roofing surveys. We are currently working for a roofing maintenance company who hold the Leeds Council, Bradford Council as well as other contracts, carrying out general repairs on a daily basis. We would like to use our decade-long knowledge to provide a quality service for private jobs, which we can complete on evenings and weekends.. We are experienced in installing new GRP roofs and completing lead work, re-roofs, slate and tile repairs. In addition, we are able to provide more cosmetics services such as gutters, fascias and soffits. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and frequenely generate extra work from customer reviews and referrals due to our hard work, positive attitude and attention to detail. We take photos to help keep our customers informed throughtout the job. We aim to provide a value for money service, with our quotes being as competitive as possible. Due to our good relationships with scaffold companies across the country we are able to provide scaffolds for a good price too, if required.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Full front elevation repoint and repair of stone work. Along with a strip & rebuild of part of our front wall. Then a rebuild of of the front steps due to partial collapse. A first class job done by R Clark and Sons, everything from the initial quote to completion. As this was also our first use of Rated People I will highly recommend them. Very pleased all round.
