I would also add that during the build a few personal issues occurred with the builders which were unexpected and out of their control so this could have contributed to the pm and communication issues.

He supplied and fitted an interior bedroom door upstairs, including hinges, handle, and lock, and did so to a very high standard. A job that at first sight seemed to be completed well turned into a nightmare. My drive was destroyed, weeds coming through everywhere. Despite numerous attempts to contact and fairly resolve I have still not had the issue sorted. I have now employed an established and qualified professional to complete the work. He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. I did go with the rubber roof in the end. James and colleague Dec carried out the work to a very high standard and completed the roof in 2 days. I would truly recommend them ????
