AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. Together we now take on all forms of brickwork , whether it be a small garden wall, a side extension or new build properties . All our bricklayers are qualified with level 2 & 3 NVQ and all our staff hold construction skills certification schemes cards (CSCS) We understand building works can sometimes be disruptive, so we do always make an effort to keep our projects no matter how big or small, clean, tidy & be considerate to all our customers and neighbours .

Nicolae was great to work with, very accommodating, quick and unphased by bad weather. Did an excellent job with the blockwork at a good price and a good job with the plastering, which was little bit more expensive, but worth the assurance of having the same person do both jobs. Would recommend for similar, quick turnaround jobs.
