Extras are made clear and indicative costs given before work starts instead of unexpected costs appearing on the bill PT is not the cheapest builder you will find but you get what you pay for and what you get is a great quality build with minimum stress and fuss and that is worth its weight in gold ! Peter installed the pipe as well as cleaned the gutter, and plugged up some gaps in the boards, waterproofed and sealed another board, and went above and beyond cleaning my conservatory gutter. This was in addition to my initial request. Will definitely call on him again in future.
