Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of comments from people passing and neighbours on how impressed they are with the speed of construction and the final results. Tom was responsive and friendly and sorted our gutter issue quickly, installing a downpipe to relieve rain water that was causing damp to my neighbour's property. The job looks neat and tidy, and he was accommodating considering I didn't want scaffolding - he managed to get around this issue and was professional at each step.
