More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. After numerous attempts and messages to Sam asking for assurance the issues I identified were fine, I have no faith at all in my new roof which cost £7000 will last even a year. I realise I am not a roofer but gutters left with rubble from tiles removed, gaps and loose wood, loose wires in solar panels is very unprofessional, some issues resolved but not all so I ask for rated homes to ensure this company is held to account. No evidence of bird guards being installed despite asking 10 times., told to stop

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time.
