I had a first response from JM Landscapes and Myles of JM actually called out at the weekend, the day after my enquiry, to discuss the job & agree terms Myles, Jim and the team were ready to start the following Monday and worked efficiently and effectively to deliver an excellent job that I would be happy for anyone to view. If I could change to Zero I would. Once they did the job, took the money they have blanked all requests to check a snagging issue. One window sill leaking, have called, texted and just getting fobbed off on last call they said they would call back in 5 minutes - that was 3 days ago….. #Avoid

insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts
