An outstanding job completed today by the W2.0 team! He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.

AVOID. Let us down very badly. Came to site all smiles and agreed a price and shook hands. We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. The day before he was due to start, he cancelled with a lame excuse. Totally left us looking very stupid and the client very upset. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
