A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Harry did a sterling job for us! He hung 9 internal doors perfectly. His attention to detail is second to none. He arrived on time every morning, kept us informed on what he planned to do each day and worked hard. He was very friendly and polite. We were a little unsure if to use Harry because he is based in Sutton Coldfield and we are in Derby but he explained why he prefers working this side of Birmingham and the travelling was no issue. Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
