Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. We were quoted for 3 jobs only one of which has been fully completed with 1 not done and 2 done to a not great standard and with out all of the waste being removed (which was part of the quote). Said they would be starting at 11 but didn’t arrive until gone 1pm which made things difficult for us. No pictures sent on completion despite this being offered by them and no response to our attempts to get in touch to rectify the work that has not been completed. A disappointing experience unfortunately.

We are very happy with the service provided. Bodean came quickly and gave us a reasonable quote. The team returned a week or so later to do the work. They worked flat out to lift over 3 tons of old flags and sand and levelled the site, returning the next day to lay turf and to trim our tree. The team took away all the waste and left our garden tidy. They were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We are extremely happy with how they improved our garden and we would definitely recommend to anyone.
