AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

We offer supply and fit services for kitchens and fitted wardrobes to maximize every millimeter of your space in high ceilings rooms, tailor-made wardrobes to fit exact contours of your space and sloping ceilings, understairs cupboards where storage space is just waiting to be created, landing and hallways creating storage where you didn't think you could have it. The company has over 20 experienced carpenters who have to demonstrate to meet DNC Carpentry and fit out high standards before being allowed to join the company. All of our carpenters hold CSCS cards as a minimum and undergo a continual programme of training. We're very proud of our products with an obsessive attention to joinery.
