Peter successfully completed the plumbing part of the job to a very high standard. However this did not resolve the issue which could only have been an electrical problem. Luckily for me Peter is also a well qualified and capable electrician so I asked him to fault find a particularly difficult and random problem. This he did in a methodical, logical and timely manner. We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
