Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Turned up that’s the only thing I can say , shoddy job , came back twice after to rectify , but after paint settled still not a good job as I expected and did pay for , unfortunately, requested a refund and he has offered to come back , the only thing that could improve this is starting again and doing it properly, sanding down undercoating and prepping not just paining over which was what was done . Very dissatisfied very disappointed

The job: make good the kitchen tiling after a boiler replacement. Left of the boiler: tiles replaced. Right of the boiler: old chipped tiles were carefully removed, new tiles were cut to size and replaced. The electric socket was removed for a tidier finish. Additional work was agreed on the day to stick down loose wallcovering near the boiler and replaster. Despite the care taken one old tile cracked during the work and Harvinder has agreed to return to rectify this. Thank you.
