Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Trot came to install a cat flap through a wall within the house. Done an? absolutely amazing job which looks very neat and tidy! And was at a good price especially considering it was a very niche job! They had great communication and was able to help with any questions we had. I am a time served 30 year plus ceramic tiler & bathroom fitter, experienced in bathroom fitting , wet rooms all aspects of tiling from a splash back to swimming pools, member of IKBBI, CRB checked, my builder member, please google me, public liability 2 million. All carpets fully protected, generally a bathroom fit will take 6/9 days I do not leave and go to other jobs, you will not be left with out a toilet. I also fit shower pumps digital showers and what ever needs to be pumped in a bathroom, including power showers, Water storage tanks upgraded to required water supply, I will turn most rooms / bedroom’s and cupboards into a working clk room or bathroom, door ways removed and built, all rubbish removed if required.
I used this tradesman because of his good feedback. I was very pleased with tiling and fitting of the units but his plumbing obviously left a lot to be desired. He didn't finish the job and left me with a problem with the tap, this could have been sorted if he had known what he was doing. He came back to try and sort it and said he would be back the following week but never appeared. I have since had a reputable plumber in to finish the work which turned to be more than just the tap!!
