Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. In the process of doing the job he was hired to do - a fairly straightforward tap replacement, the guy broke our bathtub. We agreed on a fair deal: he doesn't have to pay for the damage - instead, we buy a new bathtub with our own money, he just installs it without charging us for the work. Then we made the "mistake" of paying him for the job we'd advertised, as any decent person would do, and we never saw him again. Avoid this builder.

We were really pleased with the excellent work that was undertaken by JMG. JMG removed the rotted decking and old artificial grass that was in our garden and replaced it with Indian flagstones. They also replaced the garden posts to our fencing and replaced our wooden gate. JMG were reliable, efficient and very hard working. The team were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely use the company again and would recommend them.
