Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. An absolute star. Managed to put up with my wife's last minute changes, and additional work that just seemed to "crop up". Arrived when he said he would, clean, tidy, excellent. Will definitely use Donald again, and would recommend him to anyone.
