Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Ciprian and Raz were absolutely excellent- they fitted my bathroom in the exact time expected, they were on time every morning, polite, friendly, proactive with everything, courteous about my neighbours.
