The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Adrian fitted new taps for us in both the kitchen and a bathroom. Despite encountering some issues with the items we provided, he overcame them all He was quick to respond to our ad, graciously fitted us in to his busy schedule the next day, arrived on time and completed the tasks within timeframe. His work is excellent and he is a very pleasant and efficient professional. We were so pleased we asked him to come back two days later to replace another set of taps, which he did despite being busy.
Honest, friendly, reliable, reasonably priced, will go out of their way to get the job done how the customer wants it without cutting corners. Knowledgeable about their trade, will come up with good ideas, no job is ever too small. Have used many tradesman (some sharks) over the years and these guys stand out - would highly recommend !
Nigel completed the installation of shower and handwash basin after we were let down by another plumber. The work was completed within the estimated time. Very clean and tidy. Shower room looks great. Would recommend.

An excellent job, on time and on budget. I found PM very straight forward to deal with, knowledgeable in all aspects of the trades required, and very hard working. They 'thought ahead' about what was required and made a 100% effort to attend to all the fine detailing.
