Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Couldn’t of picked a better bathroom fitter. Clean, tidy and the bathroom looks unbelievable. Couldn’t recommend Keith enough. Ripped out entire old bathroom which was a bath/shower and reconfigured the layout and put a bath and a shower in. Our bathroom isn’t big but he’s made it feel massive. All re tiled. Shower tray work completed but water does not run to drain due to level setting. Have had to hire alternate contractor to remedy this. Follow up shower screen not fitted as messages not returned

He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy!
