Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. He is open to discussion and happy to adjust his initial plans, while doing the job, as he discovered the problem which saved on me doing a very expensive but unnecessary extra re-building work to fix my shower room. APL also organise all site visits with building inspectors to give customers peace of mind and a hassle free service.
