This chap needs to go back to Plumbing college and then spend a couple of years as an apprentice before going out on his own again. Unprepared for the job (despite being given a photographic brief), no rawlplugs, no waste pipe clips, no toilet waste pipe, no extension lead, no dust pan and brush etc etc. Toilet leaked two days after he 'finished' the job. Couldn't face having him back.

Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Very efficient. Rang me back with 30 minutes of my job being posted. Found the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot. Arrived on time and made no mess. Very reasonable price as well. I would certainly use and recommend Steve to others.

Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. Extremely happy with the services provided by ACL. Not only has the communication the whole way through been exceptional but also before even being instructed to do the works I had numerous communications with them to work out the best way to do our garage conversion do discuss legal requirements and cost savings. Justin was an absolutely star, sourcing all.the materials, fitting a large walk in shower screen and charging a fair rate. open, honest and a quick worker. just wish I'd found him sooner! he even left us a tube of bathroom sealer for free! highly recommended.
