Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Phil and his team completed a full bathroom refit for us and we couldn’t be happier with it. Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.
