Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. My main trades are partitioning, fitting kitchens and bathrooms including plumbing, floor and wall tiling and decorating. I'm also experienced in other trades such as fitting laminate flooring and decking, carpentry and plasterboarding walls and ceilings. Richard did a superb job in putting up shelves, coat rails and curtains for us. He was bang on time, efficient and an absolute pro. Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.
