Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. Did a good professional and efficient installation. Communication was a bit slow, it took a while to get the job booked in, I appreciate as it was a small job it was fitted in around other commitments. I’m sure that’s something that can be improved upon and I’d definitely consider using again.
