Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Could not fault Ian at all... amazing work, sorted out getting all the waste removed, cleaned up everyday before left... ( was a full bathroom rip out and and replaced with walk in shower) would recommend without a shadow of a doubt.... finish is 2nd to none ..

On time, reasonably priced and nice manner. Punctured the plastic pipe, whilst placing the radiator mount, and quickly placed a joint. But that left the wall in the mount area a little hollow and a fair bit of sanding to complete. Hoping the joint doesn’t leak.
