NOT to be trusted . Turned up measured up over 2 months ago . Requested £300 to cover the cost of the UVPC pillars saying they would be back a week later. Said the materials weren’t in and would be in touch . Lots of txts etc trying to progress but no progress. Now trying to get my money back but not responding to calls messages or e mails. Viktor put me at ease immediately by seriously wanting to get on with the job. It was by no means an easy task and I am very pleased i didn't attempt it myself. He attacked the task head on, needing to destroy the old wc to remove it. The new wc was fitted, very securly and Viktor didn't leave until he was completely happy there were no leaks.
