Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Jon gave the best price compared to many other tradespeople. His work was also of sufficient quality although we had some major leaks due to bad seals. He came outside of work hours and fixed the issue for us. Removing one star because he cracked and broke some tiles and he couldn't fit the replacement tiles.

Hi been a landlord for over 28 year I had James who came to do a full bathroom refit his workmanship is short cut and easy in and out of jobs His work is the type of work that you start having problems with after 6 months or year later by then it to late because you have paid and can't leave feedback. I had to throw James off the job after day 2 when I look at standard of work. I had few jobs jobs done over years I know how work should be done and short cuts are taken.

We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack.
