We're running the business like five years in London and we do all the building job.
Please avoid. There were problems from start to finish, including quoting for work that was later not carried out and repeatedly claiming not to understand what had been agreed. The standard of work was very poor and has been done so badly that it cannot be fixed and will need to be removed and redone at my own expense. From what I can see, the issues are significant, and I’m also concerned that the associated plumbing work may have been affected, although I can’t yet say to what extent.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. No call out charge on top of labour charges for work completed. A fee will be charged for diagnosing leaks and blockages that aren't initially visible and you decide not to go ahead with the work. A fee will also be charged for quotes, refunded off the total price once you go ahead with the work. If you go forward with a different tradesman it becomes non-refundable

Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

Pasa and Chris carried out a refurb of our kitchen this week. New quartz worktops, new sink, hobs, tiling etc. All carried out without fuss in less than three days. Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. Can't praise Pasa and his workmates highly enough and fully recomend their work. Very well done. Would not hesitate to use Pasa again.
