Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

Very strong recommendation for Adam. My shower temperature has not been great for a while. A previous plumber scared me by implying it was a major job - replacing, retiling, expensive, destructive - so I put it off. Charlie, however, managed to sort it by just correctly fitting the cartridge. No fuss, minimal cost. Brilliant.
