Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Excellent work, Ben is very good at letting you know what is happening. I am glad I followed his recommendation of a wooden loft ladder, it is much easier to pull down than the aluminium versions and sturdier to walk up. The loft is now well insulated and floored. Ben cleared up and took away all the rubbish.
