Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! Shaun was polite and kept us up to date with everything. Rehung our radiator, cleared the system and bled all the radiators. He also completed a boiler service and was forthcoming with everything he was doing. We will hire Shaun again, when required.
