Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I needed a quick but complete bathroom refurbishment. After being messed about by 3 other plumbers, Andrei was the only person who seemed interested in the project. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the results. He was able to look at every part of the project (Flooring, bath & Toilet installment & tiling), and stuck to the budget and quote that was established.

Matt undertook a 4 month project which involved removing walls, installing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new radiators, windows, bifold doors. He was 100% reliable and was onsite daily, always happy to give guidance and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure our building went to plan. Shower has leaked since whenever only noticed recently. Unsure if its coming through the poor grouting or the sealant around the edges which has been done loads of times by myself. Nice guys but i wouldnt employ again . Sorry ppl

Communication was great from the start and throughout the project. Very reliable and experienced , knowledgeable, and offered great advice on prepping back ground prior to hanging, especially printed abroad wall art and wallpaper. Neat clean and tidy workers.
They did a great job, on the whole with a tight budget. They turned up on time and worked hard. The only thing I would say is that they overestimated the labour time, hence I wasn't sure how much I paid for the materials and how much I paid for labour. A minor quibble really, they did a very good job and I would definitely recommend them.

What started as a very quick 1 day tile replacement, turned into a very unexpected full blown bathroom refurbishment, when it was revealed the bathroom was actually unsafe. Jay and his team were excellent in guiding me through it, and trying to keep the costs down, I'm very pleased with the end result and would recommend to anyone that needed some work to be done, 100%!

Rob came round really quickly and made an excellent job - came back again to sort out more problems despite having to come all the way from Weston super Mare. He is very friendly and helpful and the price was much less than I thought. I have now engaged him again to do a complete central heating system in our new house.

Actually, didn't do the job I posted on Rated people, but carried out other work for me. This was to a good enough standard that I have asked to be quoted on getting more work done along the lines of what was ordinarily asked for.
